                After observing the situation around the house, there are lots of people who are getting lazy to move, even they have never exercised because of the pandemic. In fact, they can do small sports at home with their parents and siblings, at least three times a week.
                To increase their awareness, we must plan the right strategy, the first is to give them motivation to be encouraged to do sports. Not only theory is used, the second we have to invite them to exercise together at home, but still on health protocols.
                When performing actions, we gain a lot of experience. The first, we can increase the sense of brotherhood between relatives and neighbors. The second, we will learn how to demonstrate the movements to the people around, because it is not as easy as imagined. The third, can socialize even though you have to keep your distance. Well, the last thing is for sure we all get knowledge and can practice it at home so that everyone can live healthy.
                During a pandemic like this, there are many benefits that we get when  exercise. For example, preventing various diseases such as stroke and covid-19 because our immunity will increase. Then, controlling our weight to be ideal. When exercising we will feel happier than before .And our sleep will be more restful and of higher quality than usual.
